Viewing Feedback? Have You Had Any?

This article explains how we gather feedback and report it to you, without feedback it is difficult to make informed decisions, with the feedback we can use it to move forward to getting offers on your property.

Feedback is essential to any business or person if we are looking to get to a desired outcome and viewer feedback is no different in property sales.

After we have conducted viewings our system will automatically send an email asking the viewer to answer. some very basic questions-

  • Did they think the property is a fair price
  • What did they think of the location
  • Would they like another viewing
  • Would they like to make an offer
  • Any other information that they would like to pass on

These seem pretty basic things to ask I guess however coupled with the feedback they gave us at viewings (because we do all our viewings) it becomes credible information to allow you to make informed decisions about your property, maybe you can make an improvement or maybe its something you can't change but sadly without it you and us as your agent will never know. We work hard to gather this information but still, 1 in 2 viewers do not respond to our requests and this just tells us they are not ready to buy just yet.

We will email you any feedback as we get it and once a week we will send a short Loom video update, you can watch this as many times as you want (we know how busy people are), and it will give you an overview of what the viewers are thinking along with some other critical information like any competing properties and data about how your property is performing on the internet.

If your agent is giving you feedback is it helpful? or is it just the same standard stuff around reducing the price to get a quick sale for them? Selling a property is a collaboration and if we all work together and listen to the feedback we will get to the desired outcome and this all starts from the very first conversation we have.
